Returns and Exchanges Bobiddy Boo hope you love your products but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied we are happy to provide an exchange or refund. Delivery charges are non refundable. Goods are returned to Bobiddy Boo at your own expense, however we will send your exchange back out to you by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery at no extra cost. Please return the item/items with proof of purchase (e.g. your unique Bobiddy Boo order number) within 14 days of receiving them. Please be aware that we are unable to refund an item without a Bobiddy Boo order number and that the refund can only be given to the original payer. Returns must be unused and in a resalable condition. Returns must be sent back by Recorded Delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Please email us to let us know you are sending your order back and we will confirm our returns address.
